Egg roll wrappers with low fat cheese and turkey bacon, spray with cooking spray and bake till crispy. Dip in marinara sauce.. So yummy and low calorie :smile:

Get a double stroller! Pushing both of them will burn extra calories :) I used to push all three of my boys (6,4,3)before my oldest started school and it only took about 5 minutes before I started to sweat!

I would look up calorie shifting, I heard that can help break a plateau. Also you should definitely find veggies that you like and eat a lot of them!

I make my meals pretty low calorie so I can snack more throughout the day and I eat TONS of vegetables.Green tea and broth fill me up when I don't have any calories left.Also when I'm hungry I eat something healthy right away so I don't end up eating junk food. Hope this helps :)
