I've been walking/jogging and pulling my kids around on a sled and it's been working for me. I think walking is a good starting point :)

Land o lakes has one with olive oil.. It only has 3 ingredients sweet cream,olive oil and salt but it's not really light. Its 100 calories per tbsp.

Im not goIng to stop logging food and exercising I'm just thinking I should weigh myself once a week on the weekends at someone else's house :)

Get the app if you can and log your calories and exercise everyday. Start drinking lots of water. Exercise a few times a week and be active as much as you can! Is there a reason why you are calling me out... I was giving her a polite suggestion as she asked I don't need your input. What she eats does have bearing on her weight loss and I know from experience too many refined carbs and not enough veggies can stall your weight loss.

I agree you should look look into your numbers and make sure they're correct. If they are correct calorie shifting might help you it's where you change up the number of calories you eat each day, you can google it to get an exact plan. Some people say it can break a plateau but I haven't tried it, it's just a suggestion.…

Make lettuce wraps with deli meats or tuna instead of bread Or I use one piece of bread instead of two Some Good sources of protein are tuna,eggs,plain Greek yogurt,nuts,tofu,shrimp,crab, all meat(obviously!) I also cut out all rice,pasta and most potatoes because that's what works for me

Track all your food an exercise and as long as your under your calories you will lose weight. Make sure you eat back your calories though for example if you burn 300 calories running then you should eat 1500 calories instead of 1200.

Music is a must for me, keeps you from thinking about how long you have been jogging.

MFP factors in your activity level to get your losing weight calories.. Maybe that's why. For example if you said sedentary you will get a lower number than if you said high activity..

You can make chili with the turkey and beans.. Or white chicken chili with the chicken. If you have cabbage or bell peppers you can stuff them with ground beef. Egg roll wrapper with low fat cheese and turkey pepperoni,roll it up, spray with cooking spray, bake at 400 till crispy. Dip in marinara. Not technically pizza but it is yummy and fast/ easy :) it's about 130 calories if you put 1 oz cheese and 6 pepperoni.
