Good, simple meals

Can anyone suggest some meals that are simple (not a ton of ingredients), cheap, but still good and kid friendly? We have about $125ish for groceries for the next week and a half, and it needs to feed a family of 5 (3 kids, one being a toddler who doesnt eat much, and one child who eats lunch at school usually unless we have leftovers- she loves leftovers)

We have meat we stocked up on thanks to my husband working in the meat department and knowing the sales but not sure what to do with what we have.
we have 5 packages of 93/7 ground beef, a pound of chicken tenders, and 3 pounds of ground turkey.
we also have a lot of beans.

My husband isnt a fan of spaghetti, we've done enchiladas a lot and are sick of them. We're doing tacos tonight....
But besides those meals, does anyone have any other suggestions?

OH and we have a lot of potatoes. Like 15 pounds I think. We plan to do potato soup but unsure what else to do.

You can make chili with the turkey and beans.. Or white chicken chili with the chicken. If you have cabbage or bell peppers you can stuff them with ground beef. Or baked potatoes with ground beef on top and your fav condiments? And when I'm feeling lazy I just fry up some potatoes in olive oil and there will never be any leftovers!

meatloaf and garlic mashed potatoes. Its on my menu tonight.

Chili is a good one also. I was going that route but I did not want to go to the store to get tomatoes.
to make chili last longer, you can eat it with potatoes, rice or pasta noodles. It will help fill up the kids but you can skip or eat less of the "filler" if you are watching your carbs.

With either recipe, you can use ground beef or turkey or even mix them together. I use ground turkey nearly all the time and we cant tell the difference when made with other ingredients.
