Try to keep busy and go to bed early

Once per week..same time..usually in the morning before breakfast.

Start slow. Don't over do it and don't get injured...that could set u back few weeks.

I am 5 foot 9 and eat between 1,300 to 1,500 calories per day.

I cut out: - Fries - Bread - Snacks I eat everything else in moderation...and do not eat after 8 p.m.
