  • and today i am a TOASTER STRUDEL. i fit it into my calories for the day, but i still feel bad for eating it , and i want another one..yikes...so i am hoping this will make me feel better and put me in check. i usually eat healthy, but i am an emotional eater, this i have to combat.
  • i also weigh myself every day...i have lost 15lbs and counting...i agree it keeps me real.
  • i also cook three meals a day ... i try to drink a full 8 oz of water 30mins before i eat, usually what will happen is i will drink my water then i will cook my meals.... i found that tip somewhere and it really seems to help, or maybe its all in my head.. either way it works.. keep us up to date on how the 3-on-3 turns…

  • I thought that I had lost enough for one pant size, but when I went shopping to my surprise I have lost two pant sizes. I have not wore a size 12 in forever it seems. Wow I feel brand new. This is a great site, and it works so well for me.
