I think game exercising is a great way to start up exercising again! Truly the only accurate way of knowing cals is to get a HRM but you can 'guess' by picking a similar activity in the database. I would count on the database OVER-estimating though.

You can go into your past weight entries and edit them so that it gives you a proper measure of success! Just go to your weigh in page and press 'Edit Previous Entries' from there you can change it or you can add a new measurement to a past date at the bottom of the page. Good job so far!! =D
