for me it was pickle, as in a cheese and pickle sandwich type pickle.....that stuff is sooo loaded with sugar its rediculous!

You could also check your water intake? there are possile links between dehydration and headaches (something to do with membranes drying out *shrug*) possibly youve lost some of the water intake through changing your diet?

good post! its true that its easy to be really worried about what you should be eating...especially for dieters as clearly they know that what they were doing before trying to diet was wrong!

thanks to you all. I know I should thank the kid...at the time, thanking her wasnt the main thing I could think of but yes it true......without her I'd still be where I was. whereas now I'm on the road to a thinner, healthier life!
