Well that would certainly add to the explanations I've been looking for regarding my bloating every now and again. Usually only when I drink diet coke. Usually the abdominal pain is just gas though from all the veggies I eat :embarassed:

My coffee is exactly what I've been using it in. I guess another thing I would have to ask is how is it from both sides? From a diet and weight loss aspect and from a healthy body on the inside aspect?

Roids definitely helped lol. Another man's trash is another man's treasure I guess. My body has reacted better to the smaller meals throughout the day compared to 3 squared or large gaps in between.

I love white albacore tuna even though its technically not a white fish lol. If I used that instead of actual white fish would the mercury levels stack up after a while? Or is it pretty low in the albacore? If not I'm a big fan of Tilapia, Black Grouper, Snapper and Mahi.
