I'm sorry, that's more along the lines of what I was asking. I figured by adjusting calories my macros would automatically change anyway. I guess that would be more my question though, when do I change my calories?

I get what you're saying about the Mercury but whether a fish is predatory or not makes no difference in it's Mercury levels. Sharks are fish and are extreme predators of the sea.…
