I have also looked into this a little bit... just mostly online stuff. I was thinking about a wellness coach/weight loss coach. It will be interesting to see if anyone posts anything. You should check with people in your area that currently do it.

What about the new blood thinner dabigatran (sold under the brand name Pradaxa)? It doesn't require frequent blood work like coumadin. And I don't think there is a reversal for it.

Usually take lean cuisine or make a spinach salad with strawberries and blueberries and sliced chicken with raspberry walnut dressing... usually runs me about 200 cal. Later I have an apple with PB2. Oh, and I found a Natures Own wheat bread that is only 50 cal a slice.
