I am just itching to get on my bike, the only problem is that I live in Wisconsin and we are currently in a cold snap. High temp is 32 right now. This summer I plan on biking to work most days, I live 1.5 miles from work.0 -

ugh! having lived in south dakota most of my life, i totally understand. spring never 'sprung' there until the first part of may. lol. the boys and i were planning on going out for a massive ride today but the wind deterred us. we are hoping to try for it tomorrow. weather permitting, of course.0 -

This was a great week for me. Broke through my first plateau (first of many, I'm sure - but now I know I can do it!!). Often I would hit a wall and eventually give in to old habits. MFP helped me to stay the course. thanks to all my MFP friends! Couldn't have done it without you!!
