    3/2 - 65.1 kg (+.6) =( Definately to be expected considering how I ate on the weekend. Hopefully I do better this week!
    3/9 - 64.3 kg (-.8) Soo close to my mini goal of 64!
    3/16 - 63.7kg (-.6) YAY!!! Hit my mini goal!!! So proud! =D

    if anyone wants to do a challenge this weekend, it is: TO MAKE A RECIPE FROM THE RECIPE FORUM. i will post the challenge on thursdays after the weigh-in. it will be a random idea and you can chose to participate or not. if you do, have fun cooking something new in the kitchen! :)

    i am going to try the pizza for under 200 calories!!! and also try to make kale chips...they sound yummy

    OK...you got me at 'challenge'. I'm John...turning 50 later this year. Happily married with 1 son. I'm currently 285...just found MFP. Looking forward to the challenge and support. I can never seem to find time to exercise. Feel like I'm strapped into one of my fav roller-coasters waiting get rolling!!

    I know you must have received tons of advice on how to break your plateau . I can’t offer you any personal success, but I can tell you I’m in the same boat as you, because I too am closing in on my happy weight. However, 10 pounds to go for me at 150 something is a smaller percentage of weight than 10 pounds at 120 something, like you are. No matter how you look at it those last ten a hard to lose, but when you are small already it is double tough.

    Back to the point – I’ve been looking for ways to avoid/break the plateau too. I typed in plateau on the search tab of community here on mfp and found lots of suggestions on how to deal with plateaus. Like most posts - some are great and some not so great. As much as you write, read and research I’m sure you could find some advice that will help you bust that 124.2 syndrome you seem to be stuck with. Good luck and if you find something that’s works - let us all know.

    thanks stormy! you made me feel better.

    since it is lent, i am liquid fasting one day i week and i am hoping that is what my body needs to kickstart the weight loss again. if not, i really need to make some changes, but i have been avoiding that. i am not sure why i feel so resistant to making those changes though. hmmm. something to think about.

    Dang. No birthday goal for me. I thought last weeks numbers were too good to be true. Don't know what's going on though because I've eaten fairly well minus a day or so but thats every week. Well this weekend is birthday celebration and I plan on enjoying myself so hopefully next week I maintain. Ugh.

    Plus my computer broke and next week is finals...BOO!
