by the way, i will not be weighing in next week because i am having abdominal surgery on april 4. i will try to post a challenge on the 7 if i feel up to it. if not, just consider it a make-up-your-own-challenge week and post what you plan to do.0

Made Easter Goal with three weeks to spare. I'll just keep chipping away at my Happy Weight goal (a little more than 8 pounds to go) Actually I'm pretty happy right now - I should call it my Ecstatic Weight Goal.

I always do this during challenges! arg. Anyway hopefully I'll be back in the 144 region next week...Then maybe back to my all time low of 142.6 then maybe just maybe I can hit right around 140 by the end of the challenge. I need to kick my butt into gear tho!

if anyone wants to do a challenge this weekend, it is: TO PLAN OUT YOUR MEALS FOR THE NEXT TWO WEEKS AND POST THEM HERE. i will post the challenge on thursdays after the weigh-in. it will be a random idea and you can chose to participate or not. if you do, have fun knowing that you don't need to stress about 'what's for supper?'!0

So I lost another half a pound...I am so happy about this ...I was 139 back at Christmas but gained a little back so finally I am back to where is should be! I am really loving exercise now and it no longer feels like a chore, I actually get excited about it now. I am thinking I finally hit that pivot point I needed to love exercise.

I havent lost this week. Really need to get on the ball. My husband and I are having a contest who can lose 10lbs in 10 weeks, the loser has to buy the winner's prize.0 -
Half pound loss- I'll takeit Only seven and a half to go to get to my happy weight, so I'm thrilled with any loss at all. Had my BF checked in a bod pod yesterday. I went from 23.5% in Feb to 16.5% yesterday. This is as close as I've ever been to where I want to be as an adult. MFP has played a big pert in this attempt!!! : I heart: MFP
