    I jumped rope for a total of 6 minutes. Couldn't get more than 30 seconds straight. I didn't know I was such a spaz. Can't remeber the last time I tried to jump rope? It makes me wonder what else I can't do that I used to be able to do. :ohwell: Great Challenge!!! I'll work on it:embarassed:

    OK...you got me at 'challenge'. I'm John...turning 50 later this year. Happily married with 1 son. I'm currently 285...just found MFP. Looking forward to the challenge and support. I can never seem to find time to exercise. Feel like I'm strapped into one of my fav roller-coasters waiting get rolling!!

    Hey, I'm Myschelle. I have three teen boys (18, 17, & 15) and two teen step-daughters (16 & 13). I work as a social worker/home visitor with pregnant women and children under five. I spend A LOT of time in my car driving from one visit to another. I also have a lot of sedetary hopies (scrapbooking/crafting, fb, etc). I have three dogs, who all need to be walked....Lord, let that be some sort of motivation, as they ALSO need to drop a few pounds. So here we go.....:wink:

    Good start for me. Lost the two pounds I gained after V-day challenge and 3 more for good measure. Howevr, this what I usually do - start off with a bang then end with a whimper. This time I'm going to try to have a loss each week. One down seven to go:wink:
