Yesterday I spent ALL day in the library studying for a test so naturally this took a backseat!

start weight: 133.2 (as of 2/20)
    2/23 - 132.8 (-.04)
3/2 - 132.2 (-.06) (I am VERY happy with this seeing as how I had a fantastic time this weekend...which means I had an awful time with food! I thought for sure that I had gained more than a pound.)

I forgot to weigh-in yesterday! So, I'm doing it today. I'm down a little less than a pound, but I'll take it! I'm trying something different because I've basically been gaining and losing the same 3 pounds for the past 2 months. So, if I manage to break the 115 barrier for more than 24 hours, that's the point at which I will celebrate. Until then, its just watchful waiting...

if anyone wants to do a challenge this weekend, it is: TO FIND A CAUSE YOU BELIEVE IN AND DONATE $5. i will post the challenge on thursdays after the weigh-in. it will be a random idea and you can chose to participate or not. if you do, have fun knowing that you helped make a difference! :)

I jumped rope for a total of 6 minutes. Couldn't get more than 30 seconds straight. I didn't know I was such a spaz. Can't remeber the last time I tried to jump rope? It makes me wonder what else I can't do that I used to be able to do. :ohwell: Great Challenge!!! I'll work on it:embarassed:

i made it 3 minutes. my boys were jumping and jumping and jumping. i was totally exhausted. lol.

Losing 2.4 pounds in 2 weeks is GREAT for me! (Especially since when I unofficially WI yesterday I was at 202.2!).

I am doing the No Scale challenge as well between now and Easter... so my next WI will be on 3/8 and then again on 4/25! Right now I'm on track to meet my goal and I'll be ecstatic if I am there or close. I'll still be around to check on all of you!

    3/4 - 202.6 (-)

    NO SCALE CHALLENGE

@Melody-- A no scale challenge. That's something I've always wanted to try. At one point in my life, I had to learn to embrace the scale (it was a tool I used to keep me honest...otherwise, I found I was all to good at I lying to myself). But I've been considering if its worth a try to do a no scale challenge. Because, like Maha and godblessourhome, I'm trying to lose the last few pounds, and they are a killer. The scale goes in all kinds of crazy directions...up and down, right and left, clockwise....sometimes I feel like I should just focus on fitness goals for a month and not the scale.

Anyway....I'll keep contemplating. I'm not ready at the moment, but I'd be interested in hearing how you felt about it after the challenge!

    how was your weekend everyone?

mine was fun! friend's birthday cake, lots of wine, snacking on crackers, and sitting and scrapbooking all day are not good for my waistline, but are great for my soul. lol.

i donated to the rocky mountain food bank for my weekend challenge.

i hate that! it can be so frustrating.
