Still no change, but I have hope for next week...water weight maybe will dissipate and I have tried to stay right on my 1200 cals or even on my exercise days off been eating a little less...and on Saturday I will take the day off...I am going tot he Casino with my friend...so I pray I get through this plateau. I tried a recipe off of the forum ...pizza for under 200 calories...I used a flatbread Flatouts Tomato Herb and used some petite diced tomatoes(drained) instead of sauce...I put skim mozzarella and turkey pepperoni...a little gaaahhlic and basil and I cooked it on my pizza stone for 10 mins on 375 ...It was really good. Next time I may throw some onions and mushrooms on it

Last week was good I worked out 6 days. This week has had a rough start cause I did no workouts since Saturday but I plan on making up for it for the rest of the week.

I am down a HALF a pound and the scale finally has broken 140 again...So last week I tried to stick to 1000 to 1200 cals a day and did exercise at least 30 minutes/200 cals a day...I did however goto the Casino and drank all day and ate at the Hard Rock so I am feeling really good this week...I also got my husband on board with the dieting and exercising so this should be great with the nice weather coming finally...except for today SNOWSTORM ...i am getting really sick of this snow!

Still maintaining...no loss this week. This week there have been huge doses of stress, less than optimum sleep, no consistent exercise...been grabbing 5 or 10 minutes here and there through-out the day to make my minutes...hoping next week will yield better scale results. Overall, I am feeling better, clothes fits better, am seeing more definition in my arms and upper body especially...so I can see and feel some results, just not on the scale right now...0 -

Made it to the 150s. Almost within ten of my Happy Weight. Expect it to get more difficult to lose from here on out but I'm going to give it my all. The weight on my drivers license says 155. That has been a lie for over twenty years I'd guess. So, in just a few more pounds I will no longer be a Big Fat Liar - At least about the weight on my drivers license:laugh:

I am just itching to get on my bike, the only problem is that I live in Wisconsin and we are currently in a cold snap. High temp is 32 right now. This summer I plan on biking to work most days, I live 1.5 miles from work.0 -
