if anyone wants to do a challenge this weekend, it is: TO JUMP ROPE FOR AT LEAST 6 MINUTES STRAIGHT. i will post the challenge on thursdays after the weigh-in. it will be a random idea and you can chose to participate or not. if you do, have fun reliving your childhood gym class!

Not bad considering I feel like crap, only worked out 1 day this week and have been eating chocolate cake to make myself feel better. (Its was the only thing that was appealing to me.)
I now have bronchitis and started antibiotics yesterday so I am hoping to feel better soon. I am sooooo tired right now. :yawn: Ok I am done whining.0 -

I jumped rope for a total of 6 minutes. Couldn't get more than 30 seconds straight. I didn't know I was such a spaz. Can't remeber the last time I tried to jump rope? It makes me wonder what else I can't do that I used to be able to do. :ohwell: Great Challenge!!! I'll work on it:embarassed:0

OK...you got me at 'challenge'. I'm John...turning 50 later this year. Happily married with 1 son. I'm currently 285...just found MFP. Looking forward to the challenge and support. I can never seem to find time to exercise. Feel like I'm strapped into one of my fav roller-coasters waiting get rolling!!

Hey, I'm Myschelle. I have three teen boys (18, 17, & 15) and two teen step-daughters (16 & 13). I work as a social worker/home visitor with pregnant women and children under five. I spend A LOT of time in my car driving from one visit to another. I also have a lot of sedetary hopies (scrapbooking/crafting, fb, etc). I have three dogs, who all need to be walked....Lord, let that be some sort of motivation, as they ALSO need to drop a few pounds. So here we go.....
