    hi im Sean, im 28 im married and have a daughter 6 years old. i work full time, I like to spend time with friends and family, walk, and workout. This is my first challenge need all the help I can get.

    Hi my name is Joni,
    My weight loss goal is a total of 53 lbs, and hoping to .15 by 4/20, I love to travel, spend time with my fantastic grandson and in the warm weather ride my Harley. I enjoy going to the YMCA and do water aerobics with my Aqua Divas, I am looking forward to add more exercising to my days. This is my first challenge

    Hi I'm Snowy, Work at a desk most days - some days out and about doing facilitation sessions and sport....I'm happily engaged..

    I am also a qualified fitness instructor, a soccer and field hockey coach and am studying sport and exercise science but I've just lost my drive this last year and have gained 2 stone in 2 years...

    Hi, my name is Sherry. I'm 46 yrs. old and I'm the mother of 3 very handsome young men. (pictured in my signature) They think they are very funny and I never know what to expect from them next. I am a cafeteria manager who is currently out on workmans comp due to a back injury I got at work so I am limited on the amount of exercise I can do. I'm fairly new to MFP and look forward to this challenge.

    Hi! My name is Jamie. Im 21and have been trying to shift those few kilos FOREVER. Im a full time beauty therapist with an amazing boyfriend who I just brought my first house with. I rarely have trouble exercising reguarly & consider myself a fairly fit person but I have ALOT of trouble when it comes to my diet. Enter MFP & this challenge.... hopefully the kick up the butt I need!

    Already, starting WI this morning was at 205 (whew!). I am looking to lose 11 pounds to get to 194 by Easter (which, sadly, was my starting weight last time I tried to lose weight 5 years ago!)

    I need some extra, extra motivation so I guess I can see if this works!
    My name is Rachel, I'm 20 years old and a full time college student but I also have a job on campus with the school's catering service (so much bad food during work shifts! It's a challenge to limit myself when that's the only thing I can eat for dinner some days!) I actually like working out so that's a hobby of mine as well as reading, music, movies, writing, art (more admiring than creating), outdoor activities and travel.
    My HW (and the weight that made me commit to losing it) was 140 last June and my weight when I started MFP in December of 2010 was 130.5
    I've been having some issues with the whole "eating back exercise calories" concept so we'll see how this goes!

    The last 2 weeks were horrid, TOM had me so bloated...it hasnt been like this in a long time...I gained over 8 pounds and although I lost 4 of that so far it is so hard to get my mind around it sometimes...
    Sunday I will start fresh....I really need to get it together and keep pressing on
