    Well I'm mad at my scale because yesterday it said I was 144.2 and today I was 2 lbs heavier! lol oh well I have hope for next week.

    my 5 week predictor had me back in the 121s if i ate this well eveyday! :) i won't eat that well everyday, but i at least want to be there at the end of this challenge. yay for mini goals!

    I will post my weight tomorrow. I have had the Flu this last week. The fever finally broke yesterday, so I am feeling better. If I have the energy I might walk on the treadmill for a 10 min. later.

    if anyone wants to do a challenge this weekend, it is: TO JUMP ROPE FOR AT LEAST 6 MINUTES STRAIGHT. i will post the challenge on thursdays after the weigh-in. it will be a random idea and you can chose to participate or not. if you do, have fun reliving your childhood gym class! :)

    Not bad considering I feel like crap, only worked out 1 day this week and have been eating chocolate cake to make myself feel better. (Its was the only thing that was appealing to me.)

    I now have bronchitis and started antibiotics yesterday so I am hoping to feel better soon. I am sooooo tired right now. :yawn: Ok I am done whining.
