thanks for sharing - I know what I'm going to do tomorrow!

could you tuck it up under your sportsbra? I don't think I'd like it if it were moving around. I think it will still work fine, as long as the sensors are snug against your skin - it would be more of a comfort thing. Good Luck!

The directions with my FT7 said to wash in the washing machine every 5th wear and rinse after each wear. I've had mine since December and never had an issue.

First, I'm so sorry you were hurt by this. I'm the mom of a 10 1/2 year old and I know they have no filter often and say so many things without thinking. But I would want to know this if my son said something like this to someone or if it was a trusted babysitter I'd want them to talk to him about this. About his choice of…

I wonder if the online version of weight watchers would help her? I believe they have a large amount of info on eating out to assist with making better choices.

150 done - I think the neighbors that could see me walking by the windows doing this must think I'm nuts!

I've also always heard - "if it's in your head- go ahead! if it's in your chest- stay home and rest!" feel better soon!

I was at an outdoor yoga class last summer and one flew up and smacked me in the face...not feeling so zen after that!

oh congrats!! I laughed when I read that you weren't last. I remember telling my husband on the way to my first one last year "I just don't want to be last" :-) great job!

The 5K I ran last summer did not have chips- they had someone standing at each mile marker and at the end with a stop watch and these people kept calling out the times....that way as you ran past you had an idea of your time. I thought it worked very well. I believe that the first few to cross the finish line (soooo not…

Lozenges worked for me - 568 days quit so far. Here is some information on a study that says that the Nicotine Patch Plus Lozenge Appears Best For Smoking Cessation - maybe this would help you too. http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2009/11/091102171407.htm

Big teased bangs (remember Kelly on Married with Children?), stirrup pants and long sweaters (which were really comfy).

I am a runner, and a nonsmoker now. I just celebrated my 13 months smoke free anniversary last Saturday. I know how hard it is to try to be healthy and yet know in your heart, what you are doing is not. I wish you all the best. Quitting was the hardest thing I've ever done. I still log in to www.quitnet.com almost daily,…

I thought the rule of thumb was "if it's in your head, go ahead, but if it's in your chest, stay home and rest". Feel better! beck

I also have really high arches and wide feet. I've found that I just can't wear Nike's. I have had really good luck with Adidas and with New Balance for running shoes.
