  • Green tea doesn't have any carbs or sugar in it. If you buy the bottled stuff at the store it may, but I make my own tea. I drink it hot and cold. Roobios and Herbal teas are great too and many are caffeine free. I usually buy the Kroger brand green tea bags. My fav tea brand though is Yogi. They make a yummy bed time tea.
  • I really like Ponds Luminous Clean line. I use the exfoliating cleanser. I have hormonal acne, and large pores and it keeps those pretty well in check. It's only $5 for a bottle that's lasted over a month with 2 washes a day and over half the bottle left. I also like Boots Naturals line.
  • Increasing your dairy intake might help. It always calmed my acid reflux. Also it's best to eat frequent small meals and not drink at the same time as you eat.
