I'm on day 2 also, I weighed the same this morning, but I am sure I will gain weight because I really just can't fight the cravings and I'm always hungry. And I have a horrible migraine going on day 3, so all bets are off.

I had day 1 today. I'm doing the one for big all over. I was good until 15 minutes in and then my legs felt like dead weights. On I trudge tomorrow :)

I did 2 weeks of the shred then got sick. I do think that 5 lbs would be too much for some moves. I think I have a set of 2 lbs and 3 lbs. I'm doing Brazil Butt Lift (just started today) and I was thinking of alternating 30 DS but, IDK.

I did not have the delicious chocolate cake with fudge ganache frosting topped with chocolate chunks....man it looked good. The rest of the 8 teachers indulged.
