I find if I'm a little stressed, I eat. If i'm a lot stressed, I don't eat at all. Doing this whole calorie watching thing has also made me feel guilty about food.....and that's not healthy either. Ugh, why does it have to be such a struggle?? :explode:

....I didn't get winded when I walked up the stairs, tried to shave my legs in the shower, played with my kids. I remember running and playing and pulling on a size 6 pair of jeans and they were too big. I remember when I didn't beat myself up everytime I ate something I wasn't really supposed to. :mad: :explode:…

Welcome! I'm new too, I've just been here for one week now, but have lost 3.5lbs. It really helps to talk to people on here about bad days.....and to count calories instead of fat and carbs for the most part is really helpful. Good luck! S

I don't drink any soda, never have......I drink a ton of water, all of my life. My weaknesses are carbs and chocolate. Really, I beleive it is a total lack of self control and emotional eating. I dont' smoke, I don't drink......I eat. I can't say NO. S

Wow, you guys are the best. I take everything that you are saying to heart, and I will remember it each day that I struggle with this. Congrats to everyone who has been doing this, getting healthy for themselves. It's hard with 5 kids to do anything for just me, and to feel like I deserve it...

Yoga is fantastic, but avoid the tummy work. The stretching is great and gets the blood going! The relaxation doesn't hurt either..... I"ve had 4 c sections, most recent one was in April...I've been doing yoga for a few months now and I may not have lost weight, but I feel strong. Best of luck to you!:smile:

I just had my 5th baby...and for whatever reason I am still holding onto 50 extra pounds! I am having a horrible time ......I could really use some support, and that is why I am here.....:smile:
