Sometimes I go for a decaf grande non fat latte with no sugar or anything...it gets my calcium up and it's filling. I also try to put a high fibre cereal on top of my regular cereal to fill me up. I'm sorry, but water doesn't do it for me like health nuts say it will.....!!

Eating well and exercising should make you feel fantastic! More energy, clearer thinking, stronger body.....it should NEVER make you sick.

She's a big advocate of supplements while exercising....giving your body more of what it needs. 'Cleanse' and 'Detox' are very trendy as a quick fix if they work or not. Slow and steady wins the race, and hard work pays off. I'm just sayin'....

I've done all of them, so when I get bored of one, I pop on another one. I also have some of Bob's vids, and they are awesome as well. I have lost inches and lbs, and have more muscle definition.

I mix the pasta half and half for my kids. I would like all whole wheat pasta, but they love white. And yes, a wheat allergy means no wheat of any kind, white or whole.

I'm about to start Boot Camp, how could you not love Bob? I did shred and last chance workout....loved them both, saw a huge difference in my body.

I had gestational diabetes with my last (5th) pregnancy and was even insulin dependent. It sucked. It really sucked. And now, my chance of getting it again is much higher, and that is why I am here. Lost 27lbs already...and I want to keep my baby healthy too so she doesnt' get type 2 in her childhood. That's me.....

Also, weigh yourself a week AFTER your period as you would have gained water weight...and yes, first thing in the morning, same time every week, no clothes, go pee first....every little bit counts!

Peanut butter on apples is usually the culprit that puts me over....but I don't feel too badly because it's protein I need and it's better than fries or something!

Have soup and half a wrap or sandwich on low cal bread...or soup and a few crackers. Use your fruit and yogurt for your afternoon snack, and you will not likely get hungry again until supper time. Having a baby will also make weight loss slow. Remember it took you 9 months to put the weight on...it's going to take a long time to come off. A pound a week is good, that means it's more likely to stay off for the long term. I take anti anxiety meds and I do find that they slow it down a bit too. I feel like I'm fighting…
