You've just wasted precious money. Don't you realize you already have the most effective detoxification system out there? It's called your liver! If there were any "toxins" in your body (which there are NOT), your liver and kidneys would take care of them perfectly. That's their JOB!!

I recall Jillan Michaels calling detox and cleanse diets bullsh*t as well, but I guess she somehow got... sucked into promoting one of her own. As for the results, I don't really know anything about this detox and cleanse kit. I'm guessing you'll probably lose a lot of weight, but I know that it'll be mainly water weight.

She's a big advocate of supplements while exercising....giving your body more of what it needs. 'Cleanse' and 'Detox' are very trendy as a quick fix if they work or not. Slow and steady wins the race, and hard work pays off. I'm just sayin'....

Isn't there a nicer way to put that...you don't have to be nasty....this girl joined this site to get support not ppl to put things so harshly. Its her body. If she chooses to take the detox and cleanse pills thats her perogative. She wasn't asking for opinions on wether or not ppl agree with it. She was asking if others had tried it. Jillian wouldn't promote something unhealthy. Sure she's really into exercise but soemtimes people need a jump start to living healthy.

I agree with the poster, it's a waste of money and that's what your liver is for, she could have sugar coated it I guess..but it is what it is. As far as Jillian promoting something that is unhealthy..well, she's doing a ton of that right now, she'll put her million dollar face on any product that will increase her bank account..why not? people will believe her and buy it...she pushes diet pills...which she's being sued..she pushes, supplements she would have never done years ago. she's smart, there's only a small window of opportunity to take advantage of people and their money..I love her workout DVD's but other then that she's a sell out. And to the original post..If you're going to seriously consider a cleanse or detox, do it through your doctor, have a proper colon cleanse done..but it's really unnecessary
  • I bought this product because I was told that you should do a cleanse before a diet...I'm thinking about returning it because I saw way to many negative reviews on this one website for it. I have been losing weight slowly recently and now my sister in law are doing a bit of a "competition" and I wanted a "kick start" if you may. She is doing it now but I definitely don't want to be dealing with all the running to the bathroom al day lol. However I definitely do agree that that comment above was a little harsh and all I wanted to know was whether or not anyone took it and if they liked it or not. I think I just may return it anyway because after thinking about it I don't want to sit at home for 7 days straight because of my tummy troubles I would have with this product! I do have her workout DVDs and I do enjoy doing them...

Be careful with Jillian's cleanse if you do it. I only know one person who has tried it and it made her pretty sick.

Eating well and exercising should make you feel fantastic! More energy, clearer thinking, stronger body.....it should NEVER make you sick.

COOL down people. Whoever wants to try it, can. the whole world is a sellout. everyone is going after money. but jillian has helped a zillion people get their lives back. if she wants to get paid for it, its her right. And she is not in charge of all these stuff, its a buisness. And buisness equals bull****. You dont have to buy all the pills and hope they'll work, but it's your choice. No one's here to judge.
