  • Go for a walk/run/exercise. Go try on bathing suits in the horrible mirrors at a department store. That will make you rethink the sausage roll.
  • I figure there are amazing bras for the boobs, and frankly, I just wish mine would shrink again so I could wear more clothes! I just need the loose skin removed and I'm happy enough. 5 kids is reason enough.....but I dont' want to look like I never had kids, that would be sad because they are my life.
  • I have been fighting this battle forever. I am on anti anxiety and anti depressant meds. I've gained weight not only through pregnancy, but also due to the meds. Exercise for me is crucial....I find it helps for a short time. So, what I do is spread it out through the day. I'll do 20 minutes here, 10 minutes there...etc.…
  • Chicken souvlaki...no tzatziki! Have the veggies and a greek salad with feta, but dressing on the side so you can measure out one or two tablespoons. If you have to have the carbs...I say a few greek roast potatoes, not rice...and no bread!!!!! Enjoy the company you're with, the food will taste wonderful!
  • I've considered having a tummy tuck too, I've had 4 c sections and I know there is no other way to get rid of it. I hear it's quite painful....
  • It's worth the money! I've lost 9 inches....
  • Why do men never make suggestions or plans to do anything? No dates, family events etc. Why is it always our duty to buy and sign birthday cards for their nephews and parents? I mean really! And do we really have to tell you every time what we want for a birthday so it becomes no big surprise? Why don't you just pay…
  • Nobody told me either, the jerks. I can't wait to look as sexy as you mama! Great job!
  • Welcome, and good luck! The support on here is outstanding....so many ppl to connect with, and to get you motivated when you're down. Have fun!
  • I love Bob, but I know what you mean. He's pretty special... Oh, about the batteries? I hate when that happens.
  • More people than you know have stretch marks. Not just pregnant people, or those who have gained and lost a load of weight. And no, they don't go away, there are no special creams and they just plain SUCK! Having said that, once you lose the weight you will automatically feel better, and they won't seem so bad when you are…
  • My Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout and Boot Camp should be here tomorrow....I will let you know how I like it! How do you guys log it in as exercise??
  • After 5 kids, I wish they could rip out my uterus and ovaries and get rid of all of the crap they cause! I feel the EXACT same way. I get anxious, irritable, feel rage sometimes.....feel like eating, like loafing in front of the tv and crying. Strange thing is, exercise helps. So does medication, but that's another story.…
  • Can I dip it in Hershey's syrup? Just kidding, this sounds really good!
  • Oh, and if you want them to be soft rather than a little crisp, you can cover them. They generate a lot of steam as they are mostly water.
  • 350 for half an hour or so, broil at the end to melt the cheese and enjoy! (check to make sure the peppers are cooked by stabbing with a fork first, if not done, check every 5 minutes so as not to make them mushy)
  • I have a decaf grande non fat latte every day. It gives me my calcium for the day and protein for after my workouts.

  • Exercise, and then you will have some extra calories for the times that you feel really hungry!
  • Point your toes, and write the alphabet with them two times each before every workout. It can also be the shoes you are wearing. You may need to try a few different types to find the ones that don't give you splints. Hope this helps.
  • There are amazing places out there with psychologists to work cognitively with you to understand why you are doing this, and how to fix it! You are not alone, dont' ever think that. You will get some support here as well, but talk to your GP to find out what's available for you in your area. Best of luck, s
  • My goodness girl! Don't be worrying about the exercise yet. It took 9 months to put it on, it's going to take some time to get it off. You need to take it slow while you heal....go nuts at around 6 months. With each child it takes a few months longer to lose, but eventually it does come off. Good luck and congratulations…
  • It's the same if you are a smoker...the doc's answer to your gynecological problems will be to 'quit smoking'.
  • You're preaching to the choir! I'd love to know too!
  • I don't count any chocolate that I eat, reason being, I will never give it up. I don't, and never have, eaten fast food, fried foods or anything like that. I don't smoke, I don't drink....chocolate is my vice.
  • Well, so far I did 30Ds and I am nowhere near shredded. I'm headed out today to get something else, so please let me know what your faves are....I was looking at yoga and No More Trouble Zones. There's the cardio one, but I think it would kill me.
  • I got out for a walk today in the sunshine, but it looks like the clouds are rolling in and so I doubt I'll convince my kids it's a good idea to walk in the rain! Better day tomorrow!
  • Troll?? I'm lost, but that's not unusual.
  • Crap! I already blew today.
  • Wow, how could exercise be pointless? Gets the blood pumping, the muscles tightening, the lungs functioning, gets the libido going...quells anxiety and depression. What doesn't exercise do?
  • I think of Starb's as a treat....if I do a good workout, I have a decaf venti non fat latte and it's like 200 cals, but full of calcium and protein.
