Cut your fruit in half and eat less carbs....get more lean protein in, and more veggies, but no corn, carrots, potatoes...things that are high in sugar and carbs. Other than that it looks like you are doing very well!

I learned when I was pregnant, that when you are craving something, you are needing it in your diet. Could be milk products (ice cream) or french fries (potassium). Your body asks for what it needs! And yes, your metabolism is higher during your period...hence the sweats and stuff! S

Thanks to those who have given me advice, I do have a sleep deficit for sure. My hubby doesn't wake up when the baby does, I do, and I always have. So yes, I'm tired.

I would say work out when you wake up, but you definately have to eat within two hours of waking up to jump start your metabolism. You could then do some form of exercise after dinner like a nice walk....or bike ride etc. Good luck!

Topomax is for migraines and epilepsy...I've never heard anyone taking it for depression. One of the adverse side effects is anorexia and extreme weight loss, so I wonder how it was prescribed to your friend.......interesting.

This is what I did, and it has worked very well. I started by running 5 minutes. The next day I added a minute, and then another the next day etc. Some days I did 5 minutes 3 or 4 days in a row, but now I'm comfortably running 12-15 minutes at a time. I've lost 13lbs in 4 weeks and a few inches too. Hope this helps, S

Imagine our moms had tried to shove one of those in our mouths when we were little? We would have screamed, yelled and gagged! They are delightfully addictive, and for all the good that's in them, there is also bad. Why, oh why? Is there nothing on this earth we can eat to no end and stay thin and healthy (and regular)?
