My husband works late and I can't wait for him for dinner. My suggestion is to eat a small snack while he is eating his meal. This way, you won't be tempted to pick his plate. Most importantly though, is just to spend the time and sit with each other when the other is eating.

I'm with you. 4'10 and trying to lose 2lbs to get to 99. My real goal is to get my body fat down to 18% I lost weight and it went up a bit to 24% from 21%. (Although, I think I was dehydrated when I measured, which can effect results) Need to do more strength training. Can't wait for results. It feels like it takes me two…

Just about any recipe that calls for rice can use quinoa as a substitute.

Can't wait to try some of these recipes. Here's my home made avocado guacamole: 2 large avocados 1 clove of garlic, pressed salt and pepper to taste tablespoon of lime juice Mash together to desired consistency. If you like it thinner/smoother, add more lime juice.

Add all the ingerdients. If it calls for 1 cup of flour, add 1 cup of flour. the calculator divides the final number by the number of servings you put in the top right side.

Please don't use any kerosene or any other stinky chemicals. They don't work anyway. I am in charge of taking care of the lice problem at my kids school. I learned how to do it from an expert with years of experience. First wet the hair. Then apply a ton of conditioner to the hair and leave it in. Sprinkle baking soda on a…

Mine always says less than MFP. Make sure the chest strap fits. Mine was too big. I did not know they came in sizes. The one that came with the computer (watch) was huge and kept slipping. I contacted Polar and they were great about it. They are sending me a xs-s strap for free. I I highly recommend the company!

I have the opposite problem. I can't get my chest strap tp stay put. I have even tried safety pinning it to my bra and it still slides down. I think it stretched when I washed it, even though I followed the directions on how to do so. Any advice?

Thank you for your service and advice.

There are no real low calorie alternatives. Try to use flours with high nutritional content, like whole wheat or other whole grains. They are slightly denser than regular white flour but can be used just like white flour.

Just want to say thank you to all of you who serve or did serve!!! Especially today, the day after Memorial Day, not just then.

Works well with zuccini also. enjoy!

How do you keep the chest strap in place. It always loosens as I workout and then it slips. Any suggestions?

Stevia did that to me. I would have one packet and be bent over from the pain and bloating. I stay away from all of that now. If you need something, its better to have a small amount of sucanat or unrefined sugar than the artificial stuff. Agave syrup also works well but is has a lot of clalories. The bit I add to my…

Chocolate, bread, pizza, peanut butter cups... Oh, where to begin?! Definitely bread and all thing carb. Side note to the guac lovers; Mash 2 ripe avocados with a garlic clove, salt, pepper and a bit of lime juice. Just as good as the heavy guac that has mayo and sour cream but much healthier. I serve it with salad instead…
