It could very well be an individual thing as well .. When i first started on the treadmill, I used to walk at 3mph and then up to 4-5 doing fast walk. The way I see it, you have 2 options: 1. Take a small bite, and have the satisfaction you had a taste of it, then burn it off in your next workout, or ... 2. Stay away, and just say no, especially if you have reached the max calorie for the day :)

I do lots of squats and lunges to target the hips & thighs. For the bums, do gluteal lifts. For tummy, it's crunches all the way :flowerforyou:
