hello im xai... im 19 years old.. im from Philippines.. i really wanna have my body back... i hope you guys can help me.. I look forward to making a lot of friends here.

    Hi Xai! I am from Malaysia. I have been a member on MFP since Sept 2009. I have some wonderful supportive friends here. There are also many weightloss success stories in here who will constantly give advise and motivate you.

    P/S: Hope you are following The Biggest Loser Asia? It was this programme which got me started on my weightloss journey :flowerforyou:
