Sometimes I eat a portion of the exercise calories, other times, I am under. I guess it really depends on the individual on any given day. However, you have to ensure the minimum calories you consume in a day does not go below 1200, else your body will go into starvation.

You could also do intervals on the treadmill. For example, up the incline for a 1 minute, then drop it back down to normal. Alternate this. Else, you can also include changing the speed as you up and down the incline. This way, you will get a more quality work out for the 15 mins you spend :)

I would enter my own food. If it's not in the database, I would create an entry for it. It helps me to stay on top of my tracking and being as true as possible to my calorie intake :)

I follow my machine. I key in my gender, age, height and weight. The calories I burn based on the machine does not match in MFP, but I use the machine as the guide. After all, as you loose the weight, the calories burnt should also change, if everything else is status quo. Makes sense to me.

Same here. I seem to tone up faster on top (I am developing solid contours on my arms and shoulders, and my boobs are becoming more defined (although it has gone down 1 size or 2!), but my hips, thighs and butt seem to be taking their own time to tone up and shrink! Hmmph :grumble:

you should never go below 1200, else, your body is gonna go into starvation mode. how much water are you drinking? try to up your water intake, it can boost your metabolism.

I agree! Calories burnt will also be influenced by your weight and height. If you are able to key in those information, it will help to provide a more accurate figure of actual calorie burnt.

I usually just drink those Nescafe 3-in 1 regular 20g packets. But I dilute it into 250ml water - so it's not really sweet not creamy nor strong :)

I agree, do include more strength training into your regime. Muscles burn fat, and you do want to tone as you loose the fat :flowerforyou:
