I eat some of my exercise calories, but I always have about 300-400 left over. I don't worry about it, as occasionally I will go over (esp on weekends), so it kind of works out for now :)

Dr Oz is a wonderful and genuinely concerned for people's wellbeing. Being a heart surgent, he is into preventive measures, which is awesome. We don't get the Dr. Oz show in Malaysia, but i have seen many of his appearance in Oprah's show, and i simply adore him. very insightful :)

you weigh yourself 4 times a day - one first thing in the morning, after you go to the bathroom in the morning, after your workout in the evening, and before you go to bed at night :) Amazingly, one can obtain 4 readings off the scale ... :noway:

Sometimes your body thinks you are hungry, but in actual fact, you may be thirsty. Keep a bottle of water handy/next to you all the time. If you think/feel you are hungry, drink some water first. If you are still hungry after 1/2 hr, then go eat something.

I usually take a calorie bar or a fruit or 2 for carbs and sugar just before my workout, my evergy level is usually high for about 3-4 hrs thereafter.

I take the ones from Herbalife. Calories of 220 per shake, I take a combination of their whey and soy protein. The protein comes in 5 flavors, my personal fav is Cappucino. I usually add skim milk, or if you want, you can always blend it with fruits :)

The tuna in water light weighs 180gms with the water. Upon strain, its 130gms. Total calories is 129. I consume half each time, so that's approx 65cals :)

Totally agree. Your lunches are pretty laden with calories, leaving you with about 300+ to juggle for breakfast and dinner. lemon and hibiscus tea first thing in the morning, followed by green tea throughout the day @ work. After workout in the evening, it's water water and more water.

I totally agree! I have a green juice 2-3 times a week just to get a boost of greens in the body.
