I agree with Holton. When I go food shopping I try to avoid buying anything that I know I might splurge on. I also stock up on lots of fruit and healthier options.

I have Mirena as well. Period has pretty much disappeared, but I do still get cramps usually at what would be "that time of the month." I defrost either some frozen strawberries or a raspberry/blackberry mix and mix it with either brown sugar or cream of strawberry oatmeal. The fruit juice that comes from the fruit when its defrosted is really good flavor for the oatmeal! A lot of these ideas sound good! Im gonna have to have me some oatmeal for breakfast…

Propel! I love it. I like the grape, kiwi-strawberry & raspberry flavors. It's flavored water. It also comes as a powder packet that you pour into your water. Thats the kind I use. It does not have aspartame in it! And it has antioxidants! My fav drink. And you increase your water intake at the same time! :happy:
