Hi everybody, its been a while since ive checked in but i am down 10 lbs. since last time. And I started my journey at 150 (145 when i got my scale) and am now at 127.8 Hope everyone is doing well :smile:

Havent been eating great lately and havent been working out either. Starting to feel defeated. Trying to keep with it and not give up. I am hoping when i start working next week that will help me keep my mind off food. Wish me luck. Over a year with mfp and stilll at the same weight as when i started...ughh annoying!!!

Love it!! This is the attitude you gotta have! I know my butt will never fit into a size 2 jeans again, but thats alright with me. After I had a baby, my hips widened & there aint no movin hip bones no matter how much you exercise LoL. My goal is just to have a flat stomach. Flat tummy & nice plumped out booty is alright…
