Weigh the exact same as last week. I did pretty good on mon, tu,wed, thur & bad fri, sat sun ughh so annoying.

Today I didnt work out. I did want to, but i am unbelievably sore!! It hurts so bad to walk. And sitting and standing are sooo painful!! Day 2 workout is in the books, YaY! I am sooo sore today tho!! This week I'm trying to up my water intake in the hope to lose some water weight, I need all the help I can get LoL. I make mine pretty much the same way except I freeze the banana & add a splash of orange and/or grape juice & splash of milk. I don't use the almond milk, but I will have to try that, it sounds good!!

This is what I do, once a week. If I don't like the #, it is motavation to push a little harder. If I do like the number, it's the push I need to keep going bc I am seeing results. If I dont weigh in every week, I tend to start slipping back into old (bad) habits.

I have had Mirena for about 4 years now. I had it put in right after I had my son also. I lost about 25 pounds after I had him. Over the new couple years I gained it all back. Start out slow! You dont want to burn yourself out or injury yourself by jumping into it too fast. Start out walking for a little bit each day, & add time onto that walk when you feel like you can. I have a 4 year old boy. I try to buy snacks that he likes, but arent particulary my favorite. This way I wont be as tempted to eat them.
