Oh and I went waaaay over my calories last night. Had pizza and chips/dip after I had already had dinner. A bit of a binge. At least I didn't touch the ice cream.
Not off to a great start this morning. Had soda for breakfast, and then walked to the gas station on my break and got a frappuccino and sun chips. Brought pizza for lunch because that's all I had at the apartment this morning.
Blah. Sucking it up and moving on.0 -
I'm in a horrible mood this morning...on the verge of tears. Trying to fake a good mood to hopefully start feeling better.
Deep breaths girl. Take a long walk to clear your head and Fake It Till You Make It!!

This week has been a "bad" week for me.
I got TOM on Monday and ever since Sunday I just have been feeling so tired and drained. If I my TOM didn't come this week I would seriously think I was pregnant. Haven't worked out much nor logging my food. Trying to take it a easy on since my shins are still hurting. I also think my iron is low
I know if I had been working out I would so see 145 by now and met my "goal" but with this weekend taking a weekend trip with my hubs, I don't I would had seen 145 anyways LOL. I'm just going to enjoy this weekend and act like young college kids. Going to Nashville to watch a FL gator game. I'm sure my husband is going to want to do some drinking - I drink once in a blue moon. So I'm just going to enjoy the time I have w/ my hubs w/o my girls around.
Monday I do plan to get back on track!! I keep bouncing from 146 - 147.0 -
Starbucks this morning, eep, speech therapy with the baby, he gets his new ears turned on December 17th! 1/2 of a mango smoothie for lunch and about to go see if I can work off that Starbucks from 7:30am. Haha. Going to try and do some serious working out today. I know I probably won't this weekend and next weekend is out of the question since it's baby's birthday party. I'm tired and I just a nap. Here's to trying. :drinker:0

I entered what I plan to cook for dinner for my boyfriend tonight, including 2 glasses of Chardonnay, and I'm still under my calorie goal for the day!! :happy: Now if only I can refrain from snacking between now and then..... :indifferent:0

Havent been eating great lately and havent been working out either. Starting to feel defeated. Trying to keep with it and not give up. I am hoping when i start working next week that will help me keep my mind off food. Wish me luck. Over a year with mfp and stilll at the same weight as when i started...ughh annoying!!!0

The glands in the right side of my throat decided to swell up this evening, and hurt up to my right ear. Picked up some throat lozenges because I can never get that throat spray back in my throat! Haha. I refuse to be sick. Hurts so bad to swallow though. Had a couple bites of ice cream for dinner and gave up.0

Feel better soon Rach, that's how my 2week sickness started and with limited funds for a doc visit, it sucked!
I did 30 day shred yesterday, but I just don't have the energy to do it today. And food yesterday was had to log so I did a quick add calorie thing, I did the same for today because it's all being provided for us, so no clue what my actual count will be, but I have many more things to worry about.
Well, we made it through the wake last night, we were there for a total of 7hours. Watching my hubby hurt that much was hard to take in. The funeral is in 2 hours and I know it will be the hardest yet. Do me a favor and hug your families extra tight today.

So I started yesterday fine, but then I found out the guy I thought I was going to spend the rest of my life with moved in with some other woman and diet was poof! Nowhere to be found. I ate at almost maintenance: nothing like crying while shoving pringles down your throat! But I feel better this morning and I just have to move on...0

Aw, I'm s sorry that happened to you!! Men...pffft.
But remember, it's not really a diet, it's a lifestyle change. Take in the good and bad, your human, some days and even weeks will be harder than others. We all will have days we'll eat too little and those eating too much. I'm sure we all will stop calorie counting at some point in our lives and just remember to eat less processed foods and more fresh foods and smaller portions. Remembering that and following through are two different things, I know. One day at a time.0 -

Hey everyone, sorry I haven't been on here a lot this week. It's been quite a stressful one for me. I had a hospital appt on Fri for the lump in my breast - had a specialist look at it and also had a scan done.... and it's all ok :bigsmile: PHEW! They said it's just a lump, not even a cyst that needs to be removed, so I don't need anything more done. What a relief, I didn't realise how much it was stressing me.0

nam, my husband and I were driving home from the store last night and saw the most amazing fireworks display either of us have ever seen. We live in Kansas and could not comprehend why there would be fireworks on November 6. It turned out it was a Diwali celebration. Very cool!0

Hey ladies! I saw a glimpse of the 160's on Saturday so I'm hoping I'm in them for good on Monday!!
This whole no cars thing sucks but in a way it's been kinda nice. My bf and I walk to the sports bar last night to just chill and have a drink. His brother joined us and we had a really nice time. And this morning we took a stroll to Donut Place. Didn't have any donuts! lol I had a sausage biscuit and he got some kolaches. It was just nice to go for a walk...so pretty out. Sunny with a nice cool breeze.

Back from Nashville!!!
Have to be honest....it felt so good to eat & drink and not be concerned with calories. I just enjoyed myself and the time I had w/ my husband without our kids Still surprise that I didn't eat as much as I wanted too though..lol. Instead of going out to eat to this BBQ buffet we just ate at a club we were at which had some yummy breadsticks with cheese in the middle! Plate comes w/ 3 bread sticks but I ate two and I was getting full!
Went to Coyote Ugly and yep danced on that bar! Didn't do the famous body shots because they were 20 bucks (The Coyote Girls do this dance & tease) My husband so wanted me to do a body shot with one of them because he knows its something that would shock everyone but yeah instead I got a shirt for 20 bucks LOL
Tomorrow though it's back on track but the focus will be more about toning vs losing weight now that I'm at the weight range where I was before kids.
So the "last 10 lbs" I have left are from marriage LOL but with people saying how great I like it made me realize being in the 140's is skinny!!0 -
