    I read my scale wrong. I'm actually down more than I thought. Lol. If you want to update it you can if not then I'll just tack it on for next week. ;)

    LOL, my total percent down 4.22 is also my birth date. Crazy!

    I WILL drink my water everyday.
    I WILL NOT eat any fast food.
    I WILL be in the 160's by the end of week 10.

    Goals:

    I WILL stick to my calories.
    I WILL exercise AT LEAST 5 days this week.
    I WILL drink my water every day.
    I WILL NOT drink any coke.

    I WILL NOT drink any sodas this week...no matter what!
    I WILL pack my lunch for work everyday.
    I WILL drink 8 glasses of water a day.
    I WILL be at a "normal" weight by the end of week 10!

    I will walk every day this week.
    I will be down to 262 or the equivalent to 30lbs lost!

    I WILL NOT order anymore chai tea lattes from Starbucks this week
    I WILL go training at least 4 more times this week
    I WILL drink all my water
    I WILL get down to 163 by the end of week 10.

    I WILL walk on my lunch hour every day
    I WILL lose some weight this week
    I WILL NOT stall at this 10lbs weight loss AGAIN :grumble:

    I'm feeling sooo good today. It started out rotten but it has just got progressively better. My Mr. actually wants to go walk today so I'm going to try and push him for an hour instead of our regular 30 minutes. Plus 20 minutes of kick boxing and a huge clean up of our house (yeah, I count cleaning! and if you were at my house, you'd count cleaning too! LOL!) plus filled the fridge with yummy veggies today and low fat food so it's been a great day. :D

    Oh! And to top it all off, the jeans I bought last week that were a size smaller and a little tight, fit like a glove now. I'm hoping to lose another five (maybe) by Jasper's birthday. :)

    That's all my rambling, promise!

    My goals are:

    To get back exercising this week, at least 5 times.
    To stick within my calories (tricky when going out for Mexican with work tomorrow night!)
    To get into the low 170s

    I WILL NOT miss a training session, even if I have to do something else instead of what I planned.

  • Hey girls! Great job last week! I'm stuck at 199.

    My goals for this week...starting tomorrow:

    no cheese
    8+ cups of water every day
    increase speed of c25k week 3
    start the push up and sit up challenges again
  • Noticed my pants were loose last night while trick-or-treating :) I had to keep pulling them up. So, today I tried on a pair of 14 jeans I had.....and the fit perfectly!!!!!!! No nice to be back in a 14....hoping to get to a 12 soon :):)

    Hey all! officially weighing in at 166.5.. finally down from last time! Love the weekly goals, so here are mine:

    I WILL NOT make excuses for not working out.
    I WILL NOT drink less than 8 glasses of water each day.
    I WILL NOT overendulge in the left over Halloween candy in the kitchen.

    I will push myself in my workouts.
    I will be out of the obese range by the end of the week!

    I WILL get back on track after these past few horrible days!
    I WILL find a way to exercise that doesn't aggravate my back (injured it on saturday :sad: )
    I WILL try to incorporate more fruit and veg in to my daily eating!

    My motivation is definitely waning. Any tips on how to stay fired up about doing this whole losing weight thing? Maybe it's because I didn't lose weight for the first time since I started MFP--it's kind of a bummer!

    Oh, I want to add another goal.

    I WILL NOT eat after 8pm. I'm bad about eating dinner right before bed and then going over my portions as well because I'm so hungry by then.


    Oh and I got a McD's iced coffee this morning and noticed the straw changes colors!!! Totally made my day. :laugh:

    They change colors?! I love it.

    Tired, tired, tired this morning. We have sign language therapy at noon, then the post office to mail the clothes I sold on e-bay. Clothes that are now too big = Extra Christmas money! :D
