If I'm hungry, yes. If I'm not, then no. Sometimes I eat back half. I just play it by ear.

Don't use food as your reward system.

Ads are based on your internet history so . . . you're the one to blame, really.

These posts always crack me up. I'm guessing you've known when you were getting married for a LOT longer than the 3 weeks left before the ceremony, so you should have thought of this a looooong time ago.

Nope, I just ignore them. I don't give two craps what my co-workers or friends are doing or what they think they know about losing weight. I know what works for me, and I'm focusing on that.

I've had to more or less cut it out, because I have no sense of moderation when it comes to fast food. But if you can fit it into your calorie goal then NBD.

Just do better tomorrow. I've had a bad couple weeks, going over my calorie goal and not working out, and I finally started getting back on track today. I think I just had to let the downswing run its course and get back up.

My dad has always been a stick figure and my mom has always been on the bigger side. I have one sister who's morbidly obese, and one sister who's always been kinda chubby. I was thin until I started college, which is when I put on weight. So I don't think DNA has much to do with it to be honest.

I really don't see why people get so upset about people who say happy holidays instead of Merry Christmas. We live in a world where mass murder is part of the daily news, so I say if there's someone out there who wishes you any kind of goodness, you shut the eff up and take it.

I legitimately do not understand what people find attractive about him. No thank you.

You look great!! I love your hair in the after pic!

I think it varies from person to person. I tried working out in the morning before work a few times, and I'd always have a ton of energy for the first few hours afterwards, but by noon, I was exhausted. Maybe tweaking my diet would change that, but I honestly don't care enough to try. I work out after work, and that works…

This. Those things aren't meant to be worn all day long.

Check out fitnessblender.com. It's a collection of at home work out videos, totally free. I love it, and they have all different kinds of workouts, so you can do weights and cardio and stretch and whatever.

I wouldn't trust the FitBit any more than the MFP estimates because it doesn't have an HRM. Just saying.

I always do it in the morning, before I eat anything. As far as when to record/update your weight on here, I would suggest more than once a week. If you weigh yourself multiple times a day and record every weight on here, you're really only recording the random fluctuations your body is going to go through every day. I…

Willpower. Unless someone has a gun to your head, you don't have to eat it.

The more you convince yourself you can't, the truer it becomes.

I think it's the first little bit of results that keep me going. Like the first time you stick with it for a week or two and actually see the number on the scale go down or see your measurements change--that's what it is for me. I think once you see your effort is actually making a difference, it's easier to keep going.

I honestly don't understand why this comes up on MFP . . . if you're losing inches, you're doing something right. Who gives a *kitten* what the scale says if you're getting smaller? SMH.

Hit the nail on the head right there.

Quit feeling sorry for yourself and do what you know you need to do. Start small. You probably walk every single day without a sports bra, so start by walking more. Only buy food if you know you're going to eat it.

3 or 4 days a week, and my workouts vary depending what I feel like doing. I try to do cardio twice a week and lifting twice a week.
-
Lol why ask for opinions if you're going to get defensive when people give them? All you wanted to know was what people thought, read the responses and move on. That said, I think your philosophy serves absolutely no purpose as far as weight loss and general health.

I would have told her it's none of her business. You're a grown *kitten* woman and can make your own choices.

That is the tip of the iceberg as far as online communities for weight loss with extreme calorie restriction. Google pro anorexia sites, it's terrifying, and it'll make those 1000 or 1200 calorie a day people look perfectly sane.
-
Since you've got your daily level sent to sedentary I don't see why you shouldn't log it. Just my opinion!

Stop where you're comfortable. If that's 150, great, if not, keep losing. Don't worry about what other people say, it's your body.
