  • I'm talking about the women that complain about gaining a small amount of size and thinking that they're not getting anywhere. And that is your opinion. My opinion is different, i believe that body types CAN affect metabolism and the ability to gain.
  • I'm not saying it'll work for her. I'm saying it MAY if she's not seeing results due to too much sugar in her diet lol. I think you're just trying to counteract everything i'm saying. i'm just stating this may be an option with her and sharing what worked for me? which I don't think is such a bad thing?
  • maybe not as quickly as males but I do get results in the muscle department quicker then most ladies. and yes it was also the water retention - all I'm saying is don't lose hope if they look bigger at first because now mine have gotten a LOT smaller!
  • Carb sensitivity is how well your body responds to carbohydrates... if she's happy with her results and still getting most of her calories from sugar (which adds to the carb count) then she obviously isn't responding as badly to them as someone like I would. Everyone is different and I'm not saying everyone should follow…
  • Haha yes you can sweetheart :) ever heard of the term 'skinny fat' you can lose weight due to muscle loss as well which may decrease your overall mass but if you're losing more muscle than fat due to too many sugars taking up your calories, and not enough protein, it can increase the percentage in which your weight comes…
  • I'm not dismissing others way of dieting. I'm just speaking of what worked for me :) watching my macros definitely helped me a lot, because i am carb sensitive. i was losing weight a lot slower when i incorporated sugars in my diet, then i started dropping bf quite fast. i was thinking this could be an option for OP if she…
  • low carb helped me go from 60 kgs with 26% bf to 45 kgs with 15% bf in a pretty quick amount of time, and i'm an endomorph so that was not expected haha
  • i forgot to add - your macronutrients do also affect your body composition. If you do lose weight with high sugar intake, your bodyfat percentage may stay the same or raise. for me, it isn't the number on the scale, it's bf% maybe try slightly reducing and then switching some of your caloric sources to protein and fats -…
  • i'm not sure if anyone has said it yet - but sometimes it can be detrimental to weight loss! if you are losing weight and eating that amount of sugar, then you aren't carb sensitive. but if you see no improvement then you may be like me, i am quite carb sensitive. the more processed the carbs are/sugary, the higher the…
  • thank you! yes yes i also forgot to add that in. if i can do it it really is possible for people to change the shape of their body.. i was a heavy pear shape!
  • The OP is the most f***g annoying human. just face the fact that you ate too much and you don't have a 'squat *kitten*' as you call it because squat *kitten* are firm af and tight. you sound like it's turned to flab! you probably got your bubble butt you keep talking about from the squats that are now covered in fat. and…
