  • You can do it! (I have to keep telling myself that to) :smile:
  • I try not to eat my calories back b/c I feel like that's going backwards. However, I do reward myself with a treat - just not ALL of the calories. Like if I burn 350 calories, I might eat back 100 of them. Good luck!
  • I spend time with my pets - that's a definite stress reliever! :) But I also like to go to the On Demand section of my cable provider & check out new work out videos on the exercise tv channcel. They have some quick 10 minute workouts that are really great. Chewing gum almost constantly is how I keep from eating!! Good…
