I've a West Coast of Scotland accent, so god knows what that'll sound like to you. I'm guessing by southern, you mean American South?? Well, I find that sooo attractive, soft and very easy on the ear! So tell the dissenters to go take a hike!!lol

I stick with 40g porridge made with skimmed milk, add blueberries to it, no salt or sugar (grue) and 2 slices of healthy toast with marmalade, usually a granary or oat & barley (low gi as well) I find this keeps me full for a good few hours. I do my best on a daily basis, but add up my weekly cals to and work out my average daily usage, that helps lol xx
