Afterwards I found out that eggs cooked into a food is fine so I was able…

Soy is a goitrogen. A doctor told us to avoid goitrogens. I believe Stop the Thyroid Madness also has a section talking about soy. I believe it interferes with the thyroid properly absorbing iodine.

They each have chips everyday but it is only a lunch snack, my kids know they can have junk but they don't abuse it in the house. My 5…

Maybe a recumbent exercise bike adjusting the resistance as you heal? Might just have to take some downtime! Possibly pool workouts?

Same here! I get into a consistent routine and gradually build up and then wham another setback! I been trying to switch up different activities and lower the intensity! Not sure what the solution is but now I think the extra weight adds to my joint instability!

Fantastic job! It is super tough to make good decisions when it doesn't seem to be helping much! You are my inspiration of the day!

We have used our magic bullet for years now and will probably be replacing it soon! It is starting to struggle with entire frozen bananas. For the typical small chunks of frozen fruit, mainly berries, yogurt, kale, spinach, along these lines it has performed very well for at least 3-4 years! Also pretty much puréed baby…

Could be many things causing the pain while wearing shoes that are not fitting or supporting your feet for running. Running sneakers are important and properly fitting shoes are also important.

This is success! Making improvements to you is what it is all about and you are doing a great job!

Makes sense about the anterior muscles! Should I work on increasing the weight or the reps with the front barbell position? I'm at the point now that I squat 30lbs but only 1 set of 8.
