I was recommended to go gluten and dairy free! Two odd points that were mentioned was to avoid banana and to refuse fluoride treatments at the dentist!

Overtraining, never thought of it exactly like that! Does that mean this has a possibility of happening again once I'm back into the full swing again? Or is this why it was recommended to only start with small bits at a time?

Thanks! This is very helpful! Walking locally I get plenty of hills unless I go to the track but that is only a few times a month. This week I get to add in a few short weight sessions, only 5 minutes at a time! the slow and steady strategy is tough!

Wow, that is a pretty quick mile! So just your basic fast paced walk or a beginner with c25k would not matter much! What about just switching certain days, walking one direction on Monday and the opposite direction on Wednesday? Would this accomplish the same balance? Or is it a balance required on every run?

I like the shakes for when I don't have much time. I have a 2 week period starting that will be crazy busy and I plan on using these shakes to get me thru! It has to be better then crappy fast food or vending machine snacks.

Have you been taking a vitamin? I hear that sometimes when we restrict certain foods ou might end up a bit deficient! My vitamin D levels were low and it really made my muscle recovery slow and I was sluggish!

Really depends on your feet..shoes fit differently for each person. Depending on what type of support you need will depend on which shoes will fit and feel better!
