I'm very much looking forward to riding!! We are going to have a warm week here to, so maybe I can get out. Have to see what the roads look like when the snow melts. Usually early on our shoulders are filled with rocks, sand and glass :(

Wow, if this is the beginning of going gray then I am in trouble!! It totally doesn't lay well with the rest of my hair! It is always kinky and crazy. When I finally see it I'm wondering how I missed it!

We basically have a kitchenette against one corner of a wall with cubicle wall around it. So the smells travel everywhere! Glad I am only part-time but wonder what others do if they have to deal with this everyday.

Just start making better choices! Little decisions to be healthier really add up and I think they are easier to stick with in the long run! Good Luck!

At home I really like using a resistance band (less than $10) and I just started with a kettlebell (around $20) and love using them to increase my strength along with dvds!

I have been having some odd blood work results coming back. My albumin levels are out of whack. Still doing some research and trying to learn more. Dr said this might be a sign of pre-diabetes! Not happy about that at all. Really watching my carb levels and I think that is helping a lot! Add me!

I am in a similar position. I have to literally put exercise into my schedule. When I just started re-exercising again I only booked in 10 minutes at a time! I picked 10 exercises and did those for 1 minute each. Such as lunges, crunches, Squats, pushups, planks, if I couldn't complete the entire minute I would come back…

I am with you!! It is complicated! I am currently trying to find out what is triggering my body and lack of weight loss as well. Looks like I may have some food intolerances as well. No fun! I would think you need to eat at 2 am. That is your typical day. Your body needs fuel especially with your job load.i say plan out your day and meals to fit your calorie goal. Start today!!! Think now, what you can do now!! Forget yesterday, it is in the past and you can't change it. Focus on now and what you can do. Little steps. Drink your water, up your veggies, go for a walk. Keep trying and look at being healthy not losing weight :)

Many say to just shop the perimeter of the store. Buy the fresh meats, veggies, yogurt,cheese sticks, hummus, cottage cheese, etc. Skip the chip, cookie and soda isle.
