If your serious...i want you!

Hey All,
I decided almost 7 months ago it was time to change my life for the better. Over hauled the diet and began getting into fitness. Joined mfp 140 days ago. I have lost so far 58 lbs. I chose a body fat % as my goal rather than a specific weight since i think this is a better indicator of health. When i checked a month ago i was at 35.8 and my goal is less than 20% by August. . I got a trainer and started lifting weights 2 months ago and i LOVE it! Its not easy and most days i am always sore somewhere ( todays pain is tommorows strength). I will be going at it alone here soon since i cant afford the trainer permanantly. I will be fine , she set me up with some great routines.
What i want is serious , like minded MFP friends. People who are serious about their bodies and diet. Dont get me wrong my diary isint always perfect but, i work hard at it and i try to make good choices 90% of the time. It makes me very crazy to see/ hear people say i had this or that ( Mcds etc) but i stayed under my macros or calories...its still JUNK people!
I have found that i like to lift weights and do my cardio....its the time of day i look forward to the most...being able to sweat and know that i am making myself a better ME!! If you think you could help me, encourage me and give me sound advice and even tell me what you think could be better or doesent look good then id love to have you as a friend. I am working on getting above my 1200 ( i know ppl hate that) but i feel like i eat alot already. So any help is appreciated.

Ok well i guess i will not find the support i am looking for on this forum....I know there are mfp-ers who are very serious about their goals and diet...thought you could help me and i could learn something from you.0

Feel free to add me if you like. I just started my lifestyle change the first of November and have already seen incredible changes. I am just learning myself but will be willing to help you as much as I can and would lke the same from you. I am only interested in serious, dedicated friends as well.0

LOL Some of your posts regarding the food choices made me laugh. ...No really people im not saying dont eat McDs or ice cream....i eat ice cream myself....i just mean the ones i see that eat it consistently....i mean every day their diary looks like they are into weight loss but not into Health as well. That is all i meant...so please dont take offense because i am in no way putting your choices down....i just want what is best for my body and what will make me FEEL the best in side and out.... when i said serious i spose i meant the ones who try to be as strict with themselves as i do. I love the gym and i love to eat foods that i wont regret later thats all .....thanks for all the feedback and friend requests
