  • I would think that it would be tough to maintain a decent energy level if you had long workouts. How would you maintain correct form? I think your workouts should focus more on quality.
  • I actually just found one of the marked pages, it is listed under exercise and weight loss and I had been looking under food and nutrition. Very helpful info on what your body does with calories! Now to just try to figure out the ratio part :)
  • I usually try to overestimate my calories for food and underestimate my calories burned while exercising. I was just a little surprised at the gap in numbers. I assumed that with my weight being recorded with My Fitness Pal that it would estimate my calories burned according to my size.

  • I usually pre plan fairly well. Crockpot meals thru the week. My kids eat simple like tacos and things but it works because you can add in the guac and veggies! I hit the market twice a week so we always have fresh produce. It is just a couple hard boiled eggs here, handful of almonds there, an apple, a yogurt, these types…
