I'm still here too. Sorry I haven't been very active here lately. Been losing 2lbs during the week and then gaining them back on the weekend. This week I've kicked it up a notch. Going back to the gym in the morning and logging everything. Now I just have to do that on the weekend too. Taking it one day at a time!!

I'm not going to make my goal this month. :( Very busy at work and have worked alot of overtime. Going to try again next month but will focus on going to the gym in the morning before work. That's the only way I can do it.

I've had a setback this week with the cold/flu that I can't seem to shake. @JTH11706 I've had this for about a month now with lots of ups and downs. Hopefully its gone now. Get well! Back after an ankle injury in Nov. I'm aiming for200km this month.

My focus for 2016 is to become healthy. I have about 90lbs to lose and I realize it is going to take a year or more. I've finally come to accept that it has to be a lifestyle change, which I have been resisting for so long. My goal for this challenge is to 1. plan meals 2. log everything 3. get back to 11,000 steps per day.

I did it! Got up this morning and rode my bike for 15km. This is the first time that I've actually made goal. I am so pumped I'm going to start planning for Nov. @LadyPersia and @hkristine1 I use a phone app to make sure I get my water in each day. It's called Plant Nanny and its free.
