Hi everyone, finished the squats, staying within my calories and working on the radio taiso. Thurs was my rest day but I'm back at it today. It's a beautiful fall day. Just took the dog for a walk in the forest. The colours are amazing! Hope everyone has a great weekend!!

Now that summer is unofficially over and the kids are back to school I'm recommitting to get healthy. I purposely took this week as vacation so that I can spend time getting organized. Getting back to they gym and planning meals this week. I have about 90lbs to lose and need to get serious. Hope everyone has a great week!!

my weight has been going up and down as well all summer. Been losing and gaining the same two pounds. I guess I should be happy its not up 10lbs like past summers! Looking forward to Sept and getting back to routine and get serious about diet and exercise. Until then, my goal is to just maintain. Stay cool everyone!
