I actually threw up once during an Orangerheory workout but I kept going. There have been many times I've wanted to quit but my pride won't let me. Instead I just scale it back as much as I need to to finish. And don't feel bad, a week off sets me way back too.

My favorite is vanilla protein powder with 2 tbsp PB2, a frozen banana and almond milk. I tried one today with frozen avocado and cocoa today and that was pretty good too.

Those crazy hormones! I couldn't lose any weight while breastfeeding (also low supply), then the extra weight suddenly dropped after I stopped.

I almost starved to death on WW. I also ate way too many bananas because they were zero points back then. I was miserable.

I want to believe it´s the swollen process that happens when one start to workout, specially when the workout has strenght training involved. So do you guys think this is because of wáter or my muscles are preparing to function bettter? Probably. I personally always gain the first few weeks of a new program. Stick with it…

I couldn't lose any weight while breastfeeding. I started exercising and joined Sparkpeople but had no success. After I quit breastfeeding however I lost 30 lbs without even trying.

My favorite is the coconut milk creamer (So Delicious). They have plain and french vanilla, I prefer the plain. 20 cals/serving.

Your pants are falling down! Who cares what the scale says? During the program my total loss was only 13 lbs but I lost tons of inches and looked like a different person. Have tried remeasuring yourself?

I've worked with a couple personal trainers but they didn't hold a candle to Jillian's videos. I still find her more motivating and she pushes you harder even though she's not there. Or maybe I just had crappy trainers.

I log from midnight to midnight, with times instead of meals (12-7 am, 7-10 am etc.) because I find that easier. Also I find I have to eat right before going to bed in the morning or I wake up with hunger pains by 11 am, not cool!

I do the workouts with 3 lb dumbbells and a 25 lb weighted vest and I can burn about 250 cals in 20 minutes according to my HRM. The moves do get easier with practice.

I buy Tuff pants from Costco, $19 each. Haven't tried their shirts though but their hoodies are also $19 (in Canada).

The majority of our deer we get made into jerky and sausage. The rest we grind up with pork trim and use it instead o ground beef . I've tried roasts and chops in the crockpot but it's still pretty dry.
