im not judging by saying fat is not a disability if not accompanied by a medical issue. i have plenty of friends who are overweight...hell that was me at one time. Do I think you can use it as a crutch no.....but I dont think someone is a second hand citizen because of their weight.....

My granddaughter was born without a rectum..so she was rushed to egleston for emergency surgery. Her condition has a name and luckily she had the lightest case of it because all her organs were where they needed to be and they only had to "create" her rectum...as my daughter was filling out paperwork there was a disability…

Right...but the weight is not the disability...I am fully aware that there are people who have weight issues because of medical issues, but if there is no medical issue should weight ALONE be a reason to be able to receive disablity? I think that was kind of my point when all this started...

I dont think fat people are not productive members of society at all. As far as judging about the scooters(diff comment), I dont judge by the person, I judge by whats in their cart. I also get upset when I see people pushing their overweight children in the buggies that have the seats on them and you look in their buggy…

No shaming is ok and its just as bad to call someone out for being too skinny... you have to judge a person from what is inside not outside and i know that sounds cheesy but its true. never judge a book by its cover but it might have a ratty cover and be the best damn book you have ever read!!
