i agree with the other reply in setting your weightloss at 1 lb a week , if you havnt exercised before may i surgest walking to start with just go as far as you can , your find each passing week you walk faster and go further its a great way to get going it really worked well for me, now i walk miles as well as do other…

all our bodies are diff like you i started out at 1200 cals and was doing great looseing between 2-4 lb a week but also like you i began to feel tired and weak , what i did was up it to 1350 for a couple weeks then 1500 but then came christmas and i ate what i wanted for near 3 weeks gained 7 lb i am now on 1750 cals and…

i rarely drank water over time i have between 3-6 glasses aday depending on how thirsty i am , i also drink coffee mainly and the odd tea

i did 1200 cals for 3 months and yes i lost lots weight but also loss lots of lean body mass i am now on 1750 cals aday still loosing weight but much slower and feel so much better for it

240.5 miles now completed by me and my daughter emmawilllose:happy: ,the weather has become very cold again with snow on its way funny how we took a 2 week break and the waether went mild now we back to walking the temp is down below freezing again :huh: and very wet and windy :noway: but we will still keep going

to be honest and blunt eating so little you are putting yourself at risk , your body NEEDS more just to function , all your organs are going to stuggle to perform there daily tasks , your so young and you dont want to damage your body rushing to loose some weight

After a wee break me and my daughter "emmawilllose" are back to it :happy: 226.5 miles now completed ,Road still runs northeast. Weathertop is still visible straight behind. just a little more till we can make camp

i gained 7 lb i not to worried been enjoying the festivities for 2 weeks as i had a festive holiday befor xmas back to it again now :)

215.5 miles now, There are more rugged areas South of the road covered with thickets.

emmawilllose and me continue northeast past Weathertop. the weather has become really bitter not really getting above freezing in the morning :grumble: so its a cold cold walk but we are very determined to complete this journey :happy: we now have done 202 miles past half way only 195 miles to go :smile:

you havnt got alot to loose and your working out hard so i can understand the frustration.From things i have read on other posts it seems alot of people do measurments aswell as the scales dont always give you a true picture of your progress

emmawilllose spots Weathertop ahead, with the Weather Hills to its north . A loverly day for a walk its 8 am the sun shinning in the clear sky making the frosty fields sparkle its very cold but such a beautiful morning :happy: 176.5 miles complete

now at 172.5 miles:smile: we head more to the northeast now and begin to climb uphill.

160 miles:smile: done this last few days its rained hard:grumble: and then rained somemore::noway: , but still me and emmawilllose push forward armed with our coats and wellies to plod away through our swomped river walks the feilds and pathways are flooded but we wont give up walking has made a big diff to our weightloss…

i always have something for breakfast , if i know i am going to be going slightly higher on cals on lunch or dinner i will eat a lighter breakfast like today i was having a subway as a treat while out for the day with my daughter so ate a slightly lower cal breakfast

its hard to be spot on i was often a little under so i changed my cal goals to 1250 and i am happy as long as i stay with in the 1200-1250 i rarely go over my goals but if i do i just start fresh next day
